This tutorial shows us a very interesting approach to create a watercolor effect. Instead of using filters, the author demonstrates how to achieve that effect using only the Art History Brush, and the steps needed to transform a picture into a nice looking piece of art. It’s a very wise approach indeed, and as the author says, you really feel in control of the hole process, since you need to make decisions about the appearance of the effect while you are doing it.
